The problem of speeding is caused by the lock of responsibilities and has two effects. Firstly, some people not all have not responsibility for any things. In these days, people have not known the seriousness of the speed the car. For instance, when people want to go somewhere has far way, they driving their cars with high speed because they want to arrive quickly. This really very dangerous .The effect of speeding is road accident. People who drive car do not see other cars which is in the street when they increase their speed. This leads to road accident.

There are two common solutions for speeding. The first solution is confiscation of the car. The governments must take people’s car who drive at high speed. . Secondly, advertising media such as T.V, radio and Published. The advertising media must awareness the people who have not responsibility. People must prevent to drive with high speed because that is very dangerous for their life.
